Lead Full-Stack Developer

What I actually do all day
I'm Lead Developer at Deligence Technologies, working on PlayFactile, a Jeopardy-style game platform. My work is backend-first — REST APIs with Node.js and MoleculerJS, AWS services (EC2, S3, SQS) — but I regularly build out the frontend too: admin panels for Feature Flags and Product Surveys, and React work across the product. I lead accessibility reviews across every new feature — semantic HTML, ARIA, keyboard navigation, checked before ship, not after.
Before that: two and a half years at AAA2 Innovate on Zipaworld.com, a logistics platform, where I led a React modernization that noticeably cut load times, owned the Warehouse module end-to-end, and wrote documentation that cut onboarding time by a third.
